We offer both small Group Training Sessions and Personal Training Sessions. Our Group Training Instructors are always changing the dynamics of the class, alleviating the boredom factor making workout sessions exciting with proven training that works and provides results. Our Personal Training Sessions are tailored to your individual fitness needs as our professional trainers take an innovative approach to developing a program that will continuously stimulate your body and mind, inspiring you to progress.

Our Group Training Sessions have no more than 10 people in a session, giving each class that personal trainer touch, while you are supervised and monitored closely throughout the session.

CRÈCHE FACILITY

AIN'T NO STOPPING US

We know it can be difficult to fit your workout in when you have little ones! Trax Fitness offers a pay-as-you-go crèche service during our Monday and Wednesday morning Group Training Sessions. The Trax Crèche offers a wide range of toys and activities and our staff are fully qualified, friendly and trained in childcare. Advanced online booking is essential to reserve your child’s place and we recommend you arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you do not miss the warm up elements of your exercise class.

EQUIPMENT & CLASSES

HOW WE ROLL AT TRAX

Our high intensity workouts utilise a mix of equipment ranging from indoor bikes, kettlebells, indoor suspension and boxing - all designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. These classes are suitable for everyone and you can adjust the exercises to suit your own ability.


INDOOR CYCLING

Indoor cycling puts things in full gear with its bumping tunes, control over resistance, speed and overall intensity.


KETTLEBELLS

Kettlebell weights offer all the benefits of dumbbell training with the added advantage that the super-thick handles challenge your grip. And because the weight can swing in relation to the handle, simply handling kettlebells works your core extra hard but most of all, kettlebells are versatile. They’re ideal for explosive exercises that work major muscles, burn body fat, and build power. Use them regularly and you’ll see the body you’ve always wanted.


INDOOR SUSPENSION

Born in the Navy SEALs, suspension training is an all-in-one motion that combines strength and flexibility movements, using your own body weight from different angles to engage more muscle groups at the same time.

Using two suspended straps, this form of workout is an effective way to build muscle while combining cardio with strength training. Don’t be intimidated; the exercises can easily be adapted to your fitness level.

WARRIOR WORKOUT

Our unique Warrior Workout class is a full body workout utilising the punch bag. Take your body where it has never been before and realise your potential in this confidence building workout.

PILATES AND YOGA

Allow our instructors to guide you through the ultimate body conditioning workout while feeling the exhilaration and invigoration as our classes are designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and enhance mental awareness.

 

PAYMENT PLANS

At Trax Fitness you are not tied into a monthly membership fee as we are not a traditional gym!
We believe our payment options should be as flexible as our yoga classes so you can book your classes as pay-as-you-go or use our pre-loaded booking system at a reduced rate.

Allowing you flexibility to mix it up. Registration and online booking required.

PRE-PAY 6 CLASSES £36.00
Buy 6 classes to book as you wish within 30 days, starting from the date of purchase.
Registration and online booking required.

MONTHLY 2 CLASSES PER WEEK £38.00
This offer allows you to book 2 classes per week during a 30 day period, starting from the date of purchase.
If you do not for whatever reason use both bookings in a week, you can carry the remaining booking over to another week within the 30 day period of this purchase.

MONTHLY 3 CLASSES PER WEEK £49.00
This offer allows you to book 3 classes per week during a 30 day period, starting from the date of purchase.
If you do not for whatever reason use all 3 bookings in a week, you can carry the remaining booking over to another week within the 30 day period of this purchase.
Registration and online booking required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to give you that personal trainer touch we have to keep our classes small and that usually means our classes are often wait listed. If for whatever reason you can’t make a class, please always make sure you remove yourself from our online booking system for that particular class, allowing any wait listed clients the opportunity to join the class in your place. Kindly note the online booking system will refund you when any cancellations are made within the minimum 3 hour notice period before your registered class. If you fail to remove yourself from the class list online within the 3 hour notice period you will still be charged for that class. If you are on Go4Free and fail to remove yourself from the class list online within the 3 hour notice, 2 boxes will be marked off on your card. The Trax cancellation policy applies to the Trax Crèche facility, if a crèche booking needs to be cancelled please do so within the 3 hour notice period of the scheduled class to avoid charges. All bookings and cancellations of bookings for the Trax Crèche need to be made directly with
Tracey Beck.

New Trax Instructors!

Exciting times ahead as our new Spring/Summer timetable kicks off with our fantastic new Trax team members.

A year ago Sara became a member of Trax Fitness. She was enjoying training so much and thought she would be perfect at instructing... so now a qualified level 2 fitness instructor / kettlercise and spin she is a valuable member of our Trax team.

Nush decided that fitness was the way forward and has taken the plunge into the world of instructing. Nush is a fun and happy member of our team who is a fully qualified in level 2 fitness/ kettlercise and spin instructor. Nush is going on to train in personal training and will be qualified by Christmas so for those that want 1-1 sessions watch this space.

Fancy finding some balance? Tuesday mornings now offer core yoga with Jenna at 10:15am!

Spring/Summer Timetable

We have some new and exciting classes starting this spring and summer! We're kicking off Mondays with a 45 min Beginner Spin and optional 15 min core workout. This fab new class offers our very popular crèche option too for little ones.

And Tuesday mornings will now include a 60 min Core Yoga session with Jenna Owen.

Remember our Warrior Workout classes are now an hour and 15 mins of pure awesomeness!
